Been a while since the last update! Here’s what you missed …

The latter half of 2012 got very busy for Sally with two film lead roles: “Lynette” in Micha Couell’s V for Vienetta, alongside John Brumpton, Bruce Kerr, Don Bridges & Susan Turner and playing the romantic interest of “Sylvie” in Jemma van Loenen’sRaymond Taylor’s Earnest Adventures in Love alongside Sarah Hallam and Benedict Kazlauskas. That same period also saw her undertaking further study with the fabulous Howard Fine, participating in the Howard Fine & David Coury Four Day Masterclass (always a pleasure and a joy), once again undertaking duties as a Juror for the AACTA Awards (formerly AFI Awards) and finishing off the year on a high by signing Executive Producer, Robert Galinsky (Dust & GloryTwo Worlds Colliding) for her documentary project A Life Unexpected.

The start of 2013 began with a bang with two feature film readings, followed by booking and filming the lead in an upcoming TV campaign and being offered the role of “Val” in Flame Trees, the latest theatrical offering from acclaimed dramatist, Wayne Tunks, directed by one of Sally’s favourite collaborators, Perri Cummings with fellow cast Sarah Berryman, Matthew Candeland, Hannah Gott, James Mason and Wayne Tunks. The play opens on March 6th, 2013 – click here to find out more and book tickets.

Financing continues on her primary documentary project A Life Unexpected, with filming expected to commence later this year and Sally has also just accepted an offer to produce another TV project – details to be revealed when we’re able!

‘Till next time …
